9 days...

Momma and Amelie

Here we are just 13 days until my scheduled csection.. Now we're down to 9 days.. Wow! Just nine days until we welcome our baby girl. These 9 months flew by especially this last month..

Dr. Update:
We received some good and some bad news. Good news: Amirah gained weight she's now at 5lbs 10z so a whole lb larger then just two weeks ago. I'm glad she's growing I was really nervous about her weight. Fluid looks great and baby has hair! Not so good news: the placenta is really small for her so my doctor wants to keep a close eye on her so another non stress test Monday and Thursday.. As much as I want to hold her in my arms I hope she stays put until our scheduled csection I really want to spend this last week with Millie for her birthday.

Wednesday my baby turns four.. awwww love her.. everyday she wants me to show her on the calender when her birthday is and when sisters coming out! She's adorable...

So today I decided to try my moby wrap on I have never used one but I really wanted one this time and my sister corina bought me one. So my beautiful gigi came over today and I decided to throw it on and stick her in it lol.. I like it but I'm sure holding a smaller baby will be a lot different then my 7 month old neice...

Growing up

The past few weeks it seems Millie has just grown. Next week she turns the big "4" where did the time go? I remember the first time I seen her round little face as hubs held her up to my face. I remember the first time she was placed in my arms the best feeling I have ever felt! Now she's a big girl a big smart funny girl with her own mind. She's just so beautiful everything about her is beautiful. From the inside out!


I've always said she has an amazing personality. She's the sweetest girl every night she prays and thanks the Lord for her food family and prays that everyone in our town has sweet dreams.. I love her more then words can say!


Smart little lady.. she asked me how to spell family and she wrote it down and our last name. Shes such a smart cookie. Thats our family all four of us!

On our walk the girls wanted to make wishes! Jazzy wished for a unicorn and Millie wished for a rainbow so she could see rainbow-dash..

Mirah update:
On monday she was doing great heart rate right on track.. I go in tomorrow to finally have her measured to see If she's grown since my last one at 35w.. I was having a lot of Braxton hicks contractions yesterday and some painful ones last night. If she doesn't come this week then exactly two weeks from now she will be home!

Updates..

I've been horrible at updating my blog. I wish I had the energy to do anything these days but I don't. Let me start by updating on Amirah...



How far along? 36 weeks

Total weight gain: total 26lbs

Maternity clothes? Now that I'm on maternity leave I live in sweats and yoga pants!

Stretch marks? No new ones yet

Sleep: I've been sleeping good as long as no one wakes me lol..

Best moment this week: My dr appt monday were they told us Amirah is doing good. 

Miss anything? Being able to breath...

Movement: She's moving constantly I feel like she's dropping I can feel her really low..

Food cravings: They say the last month you lose your appetite well I'm so the opposite I'm hungry 24/7.. no real cravings..

Food aversions: Nope

Gender? All girl Amirah Mae

Labor Signs: Some braxton hicks but other then that nothing :/

Symptoms: Back pain..

Belly Button in or out? Flat

Wedding rings on or off?  I wear my wedding band only my engagement ring and other band our to tight.

Looking forward to: My drs appt tomorrow I'm hoping for good news...

Last week I was put on bed rest because I was measuring at 32 weeks instead of 35. Baby was measuring at 4lbs 8oz and my fluid was low. Its scary to have a baby growing inside of you and you can't do anything to help them.. I was a nervous wreck worrying about every little movement and drinking water like a crazy person. Other then bed rest I also have to do NST twice a week until I deliver. Dr. Said if I was 37 weeks instead of 35 he would have delivered Amirah that day. Scary stuff but thankfully all the prayers were answered and my appt this last monday was good my fluid went up and NST was good. Dr. Said we have nothing to worry about at this time. Tomorrow I will go in to see if she's gaining any weight. In other news we have.....

20 days until our scheduled csection..

So unless Amirah Mae decides to come early her birthday will be December 4...

I'm secretly hoping she comes a lil early just not on Millies birthday..

Amelie Jade...

Can you believe my girl will be 4 in two weeks! I can't she's not a baby anymore she's a lady a little lady with a big personality. She is so funny and full of love and has to be the most grateful person I have ever known. Since we aren't to sure when little sis will make her grand appearance we decided to do a small dinner with decorations for Miss Amelie. We went and bought the movie Brave for her today so looks like a little Brave party for my little princess.. I have the cutest video hubs took of Millie singing now if only it would uploud.. I think its time for pictures....
