20 week ultrasound

Had an ultrasound done today and Miss Amirah looks amazing measuring right on time. Nothing beats being able to see your baby moving around on screen. I love this little girl....

I feel like she's going to look a lot more like me then dad. She already has my head shape lol.

I'm not sure why this doctor's visit had me a little nervous. The testing for birth defects came back and baby looks good and I couldn't feel more blessed. Our sweet girl is doing good baking and I cannot wait for the moment I hold her in my arms.

Drawing of Prego Mommy

I just had to share because it has to be the cutest picture ever..

Amelie always draws her people circle bodies with faces and little legs.. never separate head and bodies so when she drew this picture that says mom I asked her what that circle under my head was and she said that's her baby sister in my tummy. Aww my baby she's so adorable! She never forgets about her sister I hope that never changes. She's going to be a great sister...

Circus, Mom, Play date.....

Since 99% of my images come from my phone I thought I would try to find an app that let's me upload pictures to my post. If this works I know i'll post a lot more...

My husband and Millie had a little date to the circus I was beyond sad I was working, but glad they got to enjoy some fun time together. When millie got home I asked what was her favorite part and of course my silly girl says the doggies.. lol!

I have to share this because I'm so proud of my big girl, about a week ago I opened millie's notebook and on the first page she had wrote MOM. She's been spelling mom for months and months now and she knows how to write a few letters but I didn't think she knew exactly how to write it on the paper. I was so happy I woke her up and asked her what it said and she said mom. Awww my baby writing mom before her name. She's adorable. So since then I've been having her practice writing her name the letters are pretty easy for her except the E.. she always skips the E.

I know I will keep this picture forever. I'm such a proud mom..

Never to late..

Drum roll please........

We will be adding a Princess to our family...

Yes, Millie won she's getting a little sister and she couldn't be more thrilled. All day everyday she's talking about her little baby sister. Asking me if her sister is okay, If she's hungry, hugging, kissing and just loving my belly. I'm so excited to be having another little girl. I love the dress up, tea parties, bows tutus and all things girly. Most importantly I can't wait to watch my babies grow up together I hope and pray they have a good friendship like I have with my two sisters. I left my ultrasound pictures at home or else I would upload them. I will be having another ultrasound this Tuesday so I may just wait to upload those ones.

So I'm just about 20 weeks

Weekly update:

How far along? 20 weeks

Total weight gain: I'm pretty sure I'm up three pounds..

Maternity clothes? A few items. I had to get a belly band because most of my jeans still fit but I'm much more comfortable with them unbuttoned. I have purchased a few maternity shirts for work and on my days off lots of dresses and yoga pants.

Stretch marks? No new ones

Sleep: sleep has been horrible just horrible my back is killing me and I can never find a comfortable spot to sleep in.

Best moment this week: This week hubs felt baby girl move for the first time. She has became so active the past two weeks.

Miss Anything? I never thought I would miss anything because I wanted to be pregnant for so long, but I will say working in the heat is exhausting I'm always out of breath and tired I feel like a huge prego.

Movement: All the time especially at night or early mornings.

Food cravings: Not really

Food aversions: Not that I can think of

Gender: A little Princess

Labor Signs: NO

Symptoms: Lots of leg cramping and back pain.

Belly Button in or out? In

Wedding rings on or off? On

Looking forward to: Hopefully taking Millie to the water park this week if hubs can get the day off if not we might wait until this weekend..

Names Please...

We haven't fully decided on the spelling but our little princess will be named....

Amirah

meaning is Princess and we can call her mirah for short. I loved the name as soon as I heard it and loved that it starts with an A just like big sister Amelie... Not sure of a middle name yet, but I'm just happy we could agree on one name.

I know it's been a while since my last post so I haven't updated much. We had our trip to San Francisco which was so much fun it was a little cold and by a little I mean freezing at 59 degrees. It was a nice little getaway to see Mil so excited about little things like visiting a shell shop and listing to see if she could hear the ocean. Little things like that made it such a fun trip. Most pictures were taken with my honey's phone so I will add what I have...
